Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. People know me best through my Instagram page @annephung. In this blog, I will share my life story. The highs, the lows and all in between. I arrived in America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At 1 1/2 years old. old I would not be here sharing my life for you were it not because my parents are devoted to determination and dedication. To give them a chance at a more prosperous future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort to get there. My goals were set as follows: I'd attend university, find a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase a home. This was my vision of what success looked like. However, life was not so keen on my plans. The money and the status of my job did not make me happy. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for an income. I was passionate about exercising and enjoyed having fun and helping people while I walked my new career path. I was drawn to personal training. I began my business in 2014. It is my seven-year birthday this year. It is rare to find an Asian woman working in this field. To lead in my field and provide high-quality coaching and assist others in achieving an improved and happier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and help them achieve their objectives. Additionally, I'm committed to empowering others so they can achieve their goals, pursue their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. When my work was taking off, I suffered the greatest loss of my life- the passing of my mom. In Heaven she is now in peace in peace after a long battle with Scleroderma. But I still carry the memory of her daily. Life's lessons often go unnoticed however they are extremely valuable. The loss of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I believe she gave me another chance to live my life. Her passing on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start a new life. It was a second chance for me to lead a fulfilled life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. I am able to say that I am living my life now, and not just surviving just like I did previously. My goal in the story I am sharing is to inform you that you're not the only one. I would like you to believe that love is real and that therapy can be regular. Your health is your greatest asset. I hope that you live life to the highest level and not have regrets in the end of your life. We are the only certainty in our lives.
